A IU News & Talk Op/Ed

America's System of Justice is based on lies. In fact, if you are charged with a crime within the State of Florida, your attorney, witnesses and a Styrofoam dummy can be used to tell lies under oath fooling six member jury, many members of the public and cable television legal experts, defining a basic principle of gravity all at the same time.

Ladies and Gentleman with a common-sense rational mindset in the United States of America, we present to you below six minutes and fifty-seven sections as evidence of what constitutes as a grave travesty of justice to the former life of 17-year-old Florida teenager Trayvon Martin. Please watch the entire video before your continued reading of this Op/Ed.

Thank you for watching the video as above Attorney Mark O' Mara and Witness Dennis Root engaged have likely engaged in perjury using the legal definition of this term.
"Whoever—
(1) having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the United States authorizes an oath to be administered, that he will testify, declare, depose, or certify truly, or that any written testimony, declaration, deposition, or certificate by him subscribed, is true, willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true; or
(2) in any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury as permitted under section 1746 of title 28, United States Code, willfully subscribes as true any material matter which he does not believe to be true;
is guilty of perjury and shall, except as otherwise expressly provided by law, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. This section is applicable whether the statement or subscription is made within or without the United States."
Officer Tim Smith in a Narrative taken by T.C. Steen on March 23, 2012 stated the following information George Zimmerman appearance February 26, 2012, after Zimmerman's initial questioning and arrest in Sanford, Florida. Did quio per  statements written bel
"Smith advised that he and rescue were the only ones who talked with Zimmerman. Smith advised that Zimmerman's back area was wet and he had grass on him. Zimmerman also had a concealed weapons permit in his pocket."
Also, ladies and gentlemen reading this article, Attorney Mark O' Mara and Witness Dennis Root described with the Styrofoam dummy how George Zimmerman was on his back, during a rainy and wet evening February 26, 2012, allegedly fight for his life with victim Trayvon Martin.

Next, pay close attention to the next picture as we will submit as the second and most important piece of evidence in this case. Focus on George Zimmerman.

Specifically, the picture visioning and position when Zimmerman's back is turned to the camera.

Remember in Sanford, Florida on the dusk hours of February 26, 2012, rain dripped from the skies above, hereby making land mass in the municipally wet. Especially any grass covered areas.

Where are the grass stains? Click on the picture, zoom, magnify if you must but look closely at the four photo, bottom half. There are no recognizable wet grass stains on George Zimmerman clothing. Not on Zimmerman's "Free County" label orange and gray colored jacket, nor on his blue jean color pants.

If George Zimmerman was rolling on wet grass in the Twin Lakes Condominium, February 26, 2012 with 17-year old victim Trayvon Martin --who has taller in stature than Zimmerman as described by Attorney Mark O' Mara's dummy and Witness Dennis Root's sworn testimony --- a reasonable person would question why no highly visible grass stains exist on Zimmerman's clothing.

Ladies and Gentleman of Independent Underground News & Talk jury, we rest our case. Let us hope that Justice faith in our legal system for the former life of Trayvon Benjamin Martin by The United States Department Justice filing a Federal Civil Rights Violation case against George Zimmerman.

America needs to right the egregious, disgraceful wrong done on July 13, 2013 by a jury acquitting George Zimmerman of Second-Degree Murder and/or Manslaughter charge in a Seminole County, Florida court.

This verdict is the same as in Lane County Oregon! We the minorities WILL NOT have justice in the liberal klan's land of Oregon!!

Our former D.A Doug Harcleroad framed me by a grand jury to have two felonies in my records for more than ten years!!

Former A.G. Dave Frohnmayer is above the law, white privileged criminal, anarchist has committed crime after crimes, time & time again and noone can sue him!!

Noone can sue this criminal cabal! Frohnmayer has secured both the D.A. and the City Attorney by providing Harrag Long to be in charge of these two offices

The judiciary in Oregon is very much on his side (see Rounds v. University of Oregon, about 20 years ago.)
