What was GOP Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney thinking?

In a campaign stop in Commerce Township, Michigan within Oakland County this afternoon, Mitt Romney made a "dogwhistle" type joke to a largely Caucasian crowd of up to 1,000 residents.

In a statement, which would seemed to be a direct slight towards President Barback Obama (D) who has faced GOP Tea-Party backed questions about his U.S. State Hawaii Birth Certificate document since 2008, Candidate Romney told the audience that he and his wife Ann Romney were born in Michigan.
“I love being home, in this place where Ann and I were raised, where both of us were born,” Romney said as his wife, Ann, and Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) stood next to him on the podium.

Ann was born in Henry Ford Hospital, I was born in Harper Hospital. No one’s ever asked to see my birth certificate; they know that this is the place where both of us were born and raised,” he said.
What Republican Presidential Candidate Romney conveniently forgot in his statement is that his birth Father, similar to President Barack Obama's birth Dad, was not born in America. In fact, Michigan former Gov. George Romney was born in Colonia Dubl├ín, Galeana, Chihuahua, Mexico on July 8, 1907. Barack Obama, Sr. was born in Kenya in Africa.

As with Mr. Obama Sr. and former Gov. George Romney, facts that neither one of the now Presidential Candidates birth Fathers' was born inside the United States makes any bit of difference since only their son's, who are both U.S. citizens by natural birth, were born in the Country. Thus, allowing the current U.S. President Barack Obama and his prospective challenger Mitt Romney, who needed to remind Michigan crowd of attendees he was born in the state, eligible to run for the highest elected office of President in the U.S. by being natural born citizens per Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution.

Age and Citizenship requirements - US Constitution, Article II, Section 1
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
By the way, Candidate Romney did release his birth certificate in May of this year and here it is.

Just like President Barack Obama has released TWO certificates verifying his live birth in the United States, in Hawaii in 2011 and 2008.

Any more questions about who was born where should be eliminated from this Presidential campaign, and instead Mitt Romney and the Republican/Tea Party Associated 'leadership' need to focus on real issues impacting America's Middle and Lower classes.

President Obama's Campaign response accordingly with this 15 section video, probably because 15 sections is all the American public needs to know about Candidate Romney to know he's the wrong Man to lead this country. So without further ado:
