While Speaker Jase Bolger (R-Marshall) was effectively outed as perpetrator and co-conspirator of "Election Fraud" with Rep. Roy Schmidt (R-Grand Rapids) by an in-depth investigation by Republican Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth on July 17th; he used his position to silence State Rep. Barbara Byrum (D-Onondaga) numerous attempts to speak on legislation before the Michigan House floor this afternoon.

Last month, Speaker Bolger's censored of Rep. Lisa Brown (D-West Bloomfield) for using the word "Vagina" when speaking about then pending measures H.B. 5711-5713, along with refusing to allow Rep. Byrum to speak the legislation at all during the debate made national news about the labeled Republicans "War on Women".

ROJS News Writer, Co-Host of ROJS Radio LIVE and Citizen Journalist at Daily Cloudt - Autumn Smith, obtained Exclusive Video of Speaker Bolger ignoring at least three attempts by Rep. Byrum to be recognized on the House Floor July 18th. Rep. Byrum, in the black dress at the left podium, waves her hands and arms in a effort to be recognized by Speaker Bolger. (Warning-Video is a bit shaky at the beginning).

Michigan Politics expert Bill Ballenger noted to M-Live that Speaker Bolger's behavior in the "election fraud scandal" along with last month incident of censoring Reps. Brown and Byrum, raises serious questions regarding his ability to lead the Michigan House of Representatives.
"There's no way around it," said Ballenger, editor of Inside Michigan Politics. "It was pure, pure ineptitude. ... So inept and so stupid."
Bolger "should be held to account by his own caucus," Ballenger said. "It's an obvious embarrassment" for Bolger and the Republicans.
The Michigan House session held on July 18th, is the last formal meeting of Representatives until Wednesday, August 15th, according to the state chamber calendar
