with the network after racist remarks.
It appears that a petition initiative campaign from the non-profit group Color of Change, has been successful in their efforts to remove Conservative contributor Pat Buchanan from the MSNBC employment roster.

Reports surfaced citing MSNBC President Phil Griffin has issue internal documentation that the highly controversial commentator, not be allowed back on the network by mandating his indefinite suspension, after the release of Buchanan's latest publication "Suicide of a Superpower".

In the book racially-changed content, including chapters titled "The End of White America" and "the Death of Christian America" appears.
"When Pat was on his book tour, because of the content of the book, I didn't think it should be a part of the national dialogue much less a part of the dialouge on MSNBC," network President Griffin stated to the Associated Press.
The group Color of Change petition gathered over 86,000 people calling for termination of Buchanan, after his appearance on white nationalist radio program 'The Political Cesspool' where he promoted his latest book.
"The Political Cesspool program represents their radio format as "a philosophy that is pro-White ... We wish to revive the White birthrate above replacement level fertility and beyond to grow the percentage of Whites in the world relative to other races," the Color of Change noted in a January 7th press release supporting MSNBC decision to remove Pat Buchanan from its' line-up.
"The show has a reputation for being racist, sexist, anti-gay, and anti-Semitic."
While supporting Buchanan's indefinite suspension from MSNBC, the Color of Change continues their campaign calling for the network to permanently end any association with the former 1992 and 1996 presidential candidate.
"ColorOfChange.org welcomes MSNBC's decision to indefinitely supend Pat Buchanan. However, it’s time for MSNBC to permanently end their relationship with Pat Buchanan and the hateful, outdated ideas he represents," said its non-profit Executive Director Rashad Robinson.
"We appreciate this first step and urge MSNBC to take the important final step to ensure that their brand is no longer associated with Buchanan’s history of passing off white supremacy ideology as mainstream political commentary,” Robinson noted.
