Colonial Life 'Meet and Greet' career fair on November 18th

Colonial Life has scheduled a career fair "Meet & Greet" on Friday, November 18th at the Holiday Inn Express in Roseville, MI (31900 Little Mack) at 1:00 pm. 

The company is interested with meeting job seekers for careers as Sales Representatives and/or Managers for Colonial Life, to sell employee benefits business to business (<1000 employees). 

The commission based job averages first year earnings of $52,250 for Sales Reps and Managers are allowed to determine their own salary via sales incentives. 

The employee benefits are supplementary to Major Medical - it fills the gap between high deductible health insurance policies and co-pays to reduce employer and employee costs. The company provides enrollment and employee education services - one on one with employees - and other human resource perks free.

Colonial Life provides exceptional, detailed training and support for its employees in office and in the field. The main office is in Novi for training but day-to-day operations is in the employee's neighborhood. Telephone calls can be made from home or in the field. Colonial Life has a 2% penetration in Michigan and in the process of concentrated expansion. It is a good time to come aboard.
