At 7:00 pm EST will be Bonnie Pond, a Career Change entrepreneur and Host of the Blog Talk Radio Show ReLaunch Your Life discussing how midlife women can move from exhausted and/or discouraged employees to enthusiastic, inspired entrepreneurs.

JHill’s Staffing Services was founded by Jennifer K. Hill. Jennifer has spent the past seven years as a professional recruiter and career coach, including having been a top performing senior recruiter with a premier corporate & legal recruiting firm in Los Angeles for over five years.

Ms. Hill began recruiting in 2003, and has recruited for top tier law firms and corporations throughout California.  She has previously been interviewed by KNX Radio, ABC Television, E! News, and a featured speaker for groups such as the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, International Management Consultants, Pink Slip Mixers and the International Association of Administrative Professionals

She has traveled extensively to conduct interviews with six figure earners from around the world for her first book: "Do you have what it takes to be a 6 figure success?” 

With an B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Irvine Ms. Hill is very passionate about contributing to her community. She spends her spare time volunteering for organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Pink Slip Mixers and the Downtown Los Angeles Women's Center.

Our second guest at 7:00 PM EST will be Bonnie Pond, Career Change entrepreneur, author and webmaster of the ReLaunch Your Life website, talking about how to effectively manage midlife career change into entrepreneurial goals.

Combining specialized training with her own life experiences, Ms. Pond started the company ReLaunched My Life as a career change coach. After a year of hard work, studying, research, and planning, she now manages her business out of the comfort of a work from home office.

Ms. Pond specializes in assisting her clients use a proven step-by-step approach to figure out true purpose and live it. Moving from previous jobs as a waitress, secretary, outreach worker, information specialist, owning a housekeeping service, and managing a furniture store to her current career were she helps clients define, "What's my true purpose?"
