Western Michigan University will hold a
Broadcasting Career Fair 10/21 beginning
at Noon

Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan will hold a Broadcast Media Career and Networking Fair from 12pm to 3pm on Thursday, Oct. 21, in Brown Hall on the second floor. The event is free and open to the public and does not require prior registration. 

A number of media based employers will in attendance to promote their organizations, career fields and highlight employment opening possibilities for full-time, part-time, internship and volunteer positions.

The fair is being organized by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Foundation in collaboration with WMU's School of Communication and Career and Student Employment Services. This year's fair has attracted broadcast industry representatives from across Southern Lower Michigan.

“Attendees will be able to network with employers and learn about opportunities to work in the broadcasting industry. They should have resumes and demonstrations available and according to the sponsors, bring a good attitude and be dressed to impress,” stated on the WMU Press Release.
